Rental Guidelines and information
H - High Season: June 6 - Aug. 29
R - Regular Season: May 2 - June 6 & Aug. 29 - Sept. 26
L - Low Season: Jan. 1 - May 2 & Sept. 26 - Dec. 31
All holidays are considered high season
Example: Easter, July 4th, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend
CHECK IN: Check in and pick up your keys at our convenient office located at 805 2nd Avenue, North North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
Reservations normally are for 1 week minimum stay during the summer; however, there may be shorter times available. Inquire just before Check-in.
NO PETS ALLOWED: If this rule is broken, renter will be requested to vacate premises without refund and charged a Spray Fee.
RATES SUBJECT TO SOUTH CAROLINA SALES TAX: (Rates apply to families only and are subject to change without notice.)
RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE BY MAIL, TELEPHONE, OR IN PERSON: From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm any day. FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of rental rate is required to confirm any reservation and must be received within ten (10) days of making the reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled. In addition to the rent and sales tax, a security deposit is required. This deposit, less a $10.00 inspection fee, is refundable by mail if the unit is left CLEAN AND UNDAMAGED.
REQUEST FOR RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR CORRESPONDENCE: In correspondence and on telephone, please use the same name and initials to avoid confusion in records.
A CANCELLATION FEE of twenty percent (20%) will be charged if you cancel your reservation. If the unit is not re-rented for the same time period, the deposit is not refundable. If reservations are canceled over 30 days before Check-in date, your advance deposit is refundable, less cancellation fee.
Most vacation homes were designed for family use only. Family is defined as parents, their children and relatives. Anyone renting as a family, other than explained above, will not be admitted to the rental unit and will forfeit their rental deposit unless we are able to re-rent the unit. Any misrepresentation is grounds for action.
HOUSE PARTIES AND CHURCH GROUPS: (1) There are a limited number of houses available for groups. (2) A security deposit will be quoted at Rental Agent's discretion for each individual unit. (3) Adult chaperones are required for groups whose ages are under 25 years old. (4) We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time during occupancy. (5) Groups are required to obey our rules and regulations or will be vacated and the remaining rent will be forfeited. (6) If property is rented for a group without our knowledge, admittance will not be permitted and any payments will be forfeited. (7) If Rental Agent or Representative has to be called to the rental unit due to noise, property damage, unruly conduct or over the limit of occupancy, the Rental Agent has the Right to terminate the rental agreement without refund of rent and/or security deposit. (8) If rental unit has to be cleaned after a group vacates, the Rental Agency has the right to charge, at his discretion, a cleaning cost.
WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT EXCEED THE ACCOMMODATION LIMIT FOR YOUR CONDO OR COTTAGE.
ENTIRE BALANCE INCLUDING SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS UPON ARRIVAL.
Units managed by Aladdin Realty are privately owned and reflect the needs and tastes of the owners. Our standards are high. However, the conditions of the unit as well as the furnishings will vary according to the individual owner.
Please, do not take personal property, such as chairs, blankets, etc. to the beach or pool area or use portable grills on porches.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AIR CONDITIONERS OR APPLIANCES, But we do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible.
SUBSTITUTION: In the event that a property becomes unavailable for any reason we will try to provide comparable accommodations or a full refund. RENTER HAS OPTION TO CANCEL.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: (1) Lost key - $5.00 each; (2) Long Distance Phone Calls - $5.00 clerical fee plus amount of calls.
If you have left articles behind, we will ship them at our convenience to you with a charge to cover handling and postage.
